With the addition of our new Truck & Tractor Pull on the grandstands, some changes are coming for the Arts 'n Crafts area. Read below for 2010 changes.

 

How much does it cost to enter my arts and crafts?

This year we will be having our arts and and crafts vendors inside DORTON HALL, and this will be a two day event, Friay and Saturday. The cost for one space will be $35.00 and a double is $70.00. Every space will have electricity at no extra cost.

How can I pay for my registration?

On the Arts & Crafts home page you will find two buttons, paying with paypal and paying with check. Once you make your selection, this will take you to the entry form for you to fill out.

What is the location of the Cleveland County Fairgrounds?

A map and directions are located on the Hog Happnin’ Home Page.

What time can I enter the fairgrounds to set up my booth?

The front gate (gate #2) will be open at noon on Friday for you to set up between noon and 3:00 PM, at which time you wil be able to start selling your goods. On Saturday, you will be able to set up between 6:30 am and 9:00 am entering through the front gate (gate #2).

How long can I keep my vehicle on the fairgrounds?

Once your have offloaded your crafts, you MUST move your vehicle to the parking area across the street. The fairgrounds will get very crowded in the morning with everyone offloading and setting up so we ask that you finish as soon as possible. The public will begin arriving at 3:00pm on Friday and 9:00 am on Saturday.

Dine-in and carry-out BBQ meals as well as BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream and other concessions are for sale in locations across the grounds.

When can I start packing up and loading up after the show?

Vehicles are permitted back in the fairgrounds at 4:30 pm to pack up. We will still have other activities going on at that time so all vehicles will be able to enter and leave through gate #. The front gate will be locked. Mickie Bouzon will get with all the vendors prior to the end of the show to give directions to the exit.
